I am the Director of the Weigle Information Commons at Penn Libraries. I enjoy playing with new technologies and helping others to do the same. My publications and doctoral dissertation are on my Selected Works page.
I came to Penn in 2007 from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey where I directed the Southern Regional Educational Technology Training Center (ETTC) for six years providing professional development for K-12 teachers. My research on global warming has been recognized by the Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change (IPCC) as a significant contribution to the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. I hold a New Jersey Principal Certificate and served for two years as Director of Grants and Community Initiatives at Stafford Township School District.
I completed my doctorate in Higher Education Management at the University of Pennsylvania, my masters in Public Affairs at Princeton University and my masters and bachelors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
